I tried some of the white truffle salt at the farmer’s market a little over a year ago & was so blown away by the buttery, umami richness of the flavor that I went home with multiple bottles. Since then, I buy a few bottles whenever I see table to ensure that I never run out & I always have a few to give as gifts. I use it on so many things: Heirloom tomatoes, carpacios, potatoes, squash, turnips...the list is endless. I’ve also become quite fond of the himilayan & garlic salts, but the white truffle will always be my favorite. I had no idea how much fancy salt would enrich my life. #gamechanger
