Who knew? This taste bud accelerator needs to be kept secret. Whenever I use, even a pinch of this elixir I get a big smile and a "what did you do to this"? If you only have one cooking secret, this is the one to have. Of course, I tell everyone about Hepp's Salts, but only after they taste it. I love taking the credit for awesome flavor at first, but things this good ya gotta share.
We originally purchased the Black Truffle Salt at the Minneapolis Farmers Market and were not disappointed. We use it all the time and like it best on an avocado with a little balsamic.
