Sent a review. I have already given a scathing review telephonically and received only a contemptuous response defending your faux Hawi Kai. Years ago on a road trip, I stopped into Hepp's and purchased my first Hawi Kai, tiny pinhead size pebbles. Ordered more just a few weeks ago, assuming it would be the same pebble consistency, not salt shaker grain. It matters not to me that you claim your website depicts the grain. It is useless other than to rim a tequila glass. For you to defensively then say to me on the phone, almost as a remonstration, that it is not meant for a salt shaker but is meant to use by dipping your fingers into this powder and sprinkle it -- sprinkle on what? Ridiculous. Totally misses a crunchy delicious addition to a salad, the crunchy delicious addition to olive oil and garlic on baked fish, just a total miss. And your defense to me now is going to be just sprinkle a thumb and index pinch. You are obviously not chefs.
