The black lava salt is absolutely the best salt to use on eggs or any lite color dishes ! Before I stumbled into the Orange Farmers Market and found the lava salt, I constantly over salted my morning eggs because my eyesight could not see the white salt being sprinkled onto my eggs! Now with "lava salt " I can see how much salt that I’m actually putting on my food and seldom over salt anymore! I’m back to constant salting of my food.

I have been using the Black Lava Salt as a great all-around finishing salt. I have sprinkled it on pizza and the color adds such a nice contrast. I literally carry a small pouch in my purse so I can use it in restaurants instead of the table salt which now seems extra horrible now that I have tried all the Hepp's Salts. + I love supporting small businesses.
