I will ALWAYS keep this one on hand!

I love this red salt - just ran out and had to order another jar.  My 8 year old niece just requested that I buy her a jar for Christmas so she can have her own!  I use it on pizza, on salsa, & on guacamole.  Adds such a great flavor and the red color is a nice contrast to guacamole, tomatillo salsa and green chile.  I will always have this one on hand and I did get my niece a jar - if she is going to put a little bit of salt on something it may as well be a great one!  I love HEPP'S - I discovered them at the Mar Vista Farmer's Market in So Cal and have never bought a flavor that I didn't love.

This is my favorite of the 8 flavors I have.  I mix it with finely chopped fresh thyme or oregano and sprinkle it generously on chicken thighs.  I cook them on medium/high for 4 minutes on each side in a bit of any type of oil and cover for 20 minutes on medium.  So simple and addictive.
